Order Processing and Handling |
Any orders with stocks will be sending out within 48 working hours after receiving the payments (sensitive to the time difference). For any orders pending for more than 7 working days after receiving the payment, we will automatically upgrade your shipping method FREE.
Any orders only reserved for 24 hours waiting period. If there is no responds for special reasons, unpaid orders will be cancelled after 24 hours. No order is reserved more than 10 days.
All the tracking numbers will be uploaded by buyers name under "Order Tracking" in the same day of packages sent. Customer can find the tracking number for his/her order and track it on the specific shipping company's website provided. |

All orders will be shipped via USPS from Hong Kong unless otherwise requested. Shopping on Chinahotsellis absolutely WORLDWIDE FREE SHIPPING, but it does not include any duty or taxes occurred in buyer's country. Shipping fees occurred because of backorders, exchanges, and returns have to be paid by buyers. Special orders require 4-6 weeks for delivery. Sorry no overnight shipping service is provided since all goods are shipped from Hong Kong and custom handling and clearance will take more than one day to finish.

Return & Exchange policies |
All claims must be filed within 15 days of the invoice date. All returns must be authorized. All defective items will be replaced or exchanged. Claimed items must carry their original tag when received. Returns on non-defective items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special order, Sale, or Clearance items cannot be returned. No refund or resending will be given for the loss or missing items are caused by wrong shipping information or un-detailed address provided.
Items can be exchanged for the same item in a different color, stone, or size. Exchanged items must be current (within 15 days of invoice) with original packaging or they will be refused. All exchanged items must have the following information in order to be processed:
1. Account number clearly stated.
2. Goods including all original packaging and tags needs to be in original, unused condition.
3. Order # or invoice # must be clearly stated.
3. Goods need to be packed individually, and include the original code clearly marked on the packets.
4. Exchanges should be mailed to the attention: "Exchange".
Failure to comply with any of the above may result in a 10% restocking fee. Previous discounts that do not apply after the exchange will be debited. Special orders or items made to your specification are not exchangeable. No refund or resending will be given for the loss or missing items are caused by wrong shipping information or un-detailed address provided. |
